Kathe Kiehn
Secretary
Three years of piano lessons and a love of music led Kathe to sing in and play for her high school A Cappella Choir, move on to playing piano and organ for several local churches, and to become a founding member of the Point Richmond Madrigal Singers in the 1970s. Involvement with Masquers began in 1991 as part of the chorus in Wildcat and continued in several Song Book productions. Now retired from a career in Intellectual Property Licensing, she serves on her church council, as Treasurer for the Point Richmond History Association, and as a member of the Masquers Playhouse Board of Directors.

George Doerr
Treasurer
Actor since 1987, first appeared at Masquers in "Camelot" in 1988. Also a member of Pinole Players. I have performed in 12 different venues over the years, including Chanticleers, Altarena, CC Civic, and Pittsburg. Also do set construction in Pinole.

Angelina LaBarre
Board Member
Angelina LaBarre is a Bay Area Director and Professor of Drama at Contra Costa College. Recent directing credits with CCC include "The Book of Liz," “How We Got On,” “Exit, Pursued By a Bear,” and “The Laramie Project." Other CA directing credits include “The Merry Wives” with Big Idea Theatre, “Julius Caesar” with Darkroom Productions, and “Twelfth Night,” “The Sea Voyage,” and “The Merry Wives of Windsor” with Roving Shakespeare. Other credits include “Cupid’s Revenge” with Bad Quarto Productions (NYC), and “Angels in America: The Millennium Approaches” with Lake Shore Players (Minneapolis). Angelina holds an MFA and an M.Litt. in Shakespeare and Performance from Mary Baldwin University’s partner program with the American Shakespeare Center and a BA from Sacramento State University.

Nancy Benson
Board Member
Nancy has been backstage and on stage in Bay Area community theater since high school. She loves Live Theater! She has been a Masquers member for 20 years and has been Financial Manager and on the Board since 2012. She has sung with Berkeley Community Chorus and Orchestra for 20 years, and she was Treasurer and on the Board for 4 years. She also has worked backstage for Lamplighters Music Theater for 20 years. When she is not in a theater, she works as an Accountant and Financial Analyst for a manufacturing company.

Linda Bradshaw
Board Member
Linda Bradshaw is a retired Admin from AT&T. She became interested in Masquers Playhouse thirty-some years ago while helping her son with set construction. Since then she has enjoyed being on the Masquers Board of Directors and was their Secretary for 25 years. She has also continued to work behind the scenes as costumer, stage manager, production manager, and set builder. Linda is also on the board of another nonprofit, Healing Heart Animal Sanctuary.

Michael Sally
Board Member
Michael is a East Bay native who has been active in the Bay Area Theatre scene for more than 15 years. As an actor, he has appeared in numerous stage productions throughout the region. In addition to his stage performances, he has also directed shows at a number of different venues. As a playwright and performance artist, he has also conceived, written and performed three solo performance pieces that were staged in San Francisco, as well as co-writer/creator of the full length musical "Just My Type", based on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator which received a premiere 4 week run in Marin in 2019. Michael also brings a wealth of experience working in not-for-profit agencies in the Bay Area. Trained and working as a licensed psychotherapist, he has provided direct service to individuals, couples and groups as ell as served in countless programmatic, management and administrative roles. Michael is very excited about this next journey in his creative life, and is eager to share the Masquers Playhouse and experience with a broader community and partnerships.

Enrico Banson
Board Member
Enrico Banson is a filmmaker, music director, stage director, and actor. Enrico got his degree in Film from San Francisco State University and has written and directed two full-length indie films, The After and Some Night, which both have been selected by several film festivals including Miami Independent Film Festival and Andromeda International Film Festival in Turkey. He’s worked both in front of and behind the scenes in many films and television series. Enrico has stage-directed Jekyll & Hyde and Glory Days and music-directed numerous musicals. Some favorite stage acting credits: Dr. Fine/Dr. Madden in Next to Normal, Stephen in Farragut North (Masquers Playhouse), Serge in Art, Roger in RENT (San Francisco Regional Premiere/Hollywood Hudson Theatre), Georg in Spring Awakening (Hudson Theatre, LA), Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing (Golden Eagle Award/Winner the National Shakespeare Competition), Iago in Othello, Harry in Company (actor/muso version playing piano and trumpet as well) and Roma in Glengarry Glen Ross. Enrico was a member of the teaching staff at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill from 2014 through 2019 and is currently a faculty member of A.C.T.’s Young Conservatory Program. Josephine Orozco
Board Member
Josephine has a Bachelors of Art from UC Berkeley in landscape architecture, and practiced as a regional planner for East Bay Regional Park District for 14 years. She retired and partnered with her husband to run El Sol Restaurant and Catering and has been doing so for 15 years. She is dedicated to community service in both the Rodeo and Pt. Richmond communities. She serves on the board of directors for the Bay Front Chamber of Commerce, Point Richmond Business Association, and Masquers Playhouse. She has a passion for youth sports and arts and theater. She has coached youth softball for 25 years. She encourages art and theatre in all forms as avenues of self expression and education. She has been honored by the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors as Woman of the Year and also, separately, by Congressman Thompson as Woman of the Year. She believes that contributing her time and talent as a coach, mentor, volunteer in the community comes full circle when it comes to being a local family owned business.

Margaret Paradis
Secretary
Joined the Masquers in 1985 after being recruited by Jo Lusk to run lights for the production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Over the years I operated the light board for a number of shows, Stage Managed for a couple of shows, served briefly on TAS as Secy and was a member of the Envision Committee.

John (Jack) Hull
Production Supervisor
Jack has designed, built and painted many sets for the Masquers, directed several plays and musicals, and even appeared in a few. He has served on TAS and as Warehouse Manager for several years.

Shay Oglesby-Smith
Costume Room Manager
I’ve been a happy Masquer’s member since January of 1995. My first show was the winter show of ‘94, Me and My Girl. I’ve done quite a few shows in our jewel box of a theatre and I am also on the Theater Administration Staff as co-manager of the costume warehouse.

Anne Collins
Lobby Manager
Anne is a long-time Masquer. She is the theater's Lobby Manager, and has worked on-stage (The Women, The Marriage of Bette and Boo, Little Mary Sunshine, to name a few), backstage, and front-of-the-house. She is grateful that she grew up in a theater-loving family. Family legend has it that when she was three years old and was told by her mother that it was time for bed, she replied, "I can't. I have rehearsal".

I was introduced to the Masquers family while performing in Fiddler on the Roof. I had such a wonderful I joined and have never left.

Suzan Lorraine
Marketing/Publicity Manager
As a long-time Masquers member, Suzan has directed and stage managed at the Masquers. After retiring from 30 years of production experience at a number of East Bay theatres, she has taken the role of co-manager of Marketing and Publicity.

Heinz Lankford
Theater & Warehouse Manager
By chance one of his passengers on the AC Transit 51 line in Alameda, asked him to audition for the next production at Altarena Playhouse in Alameda. That led to his introduction to Community Theater. He was requested to fill a role at the Masquers Playhouse in 1980 and has remained with that group in several capacities. Presently he is also involved with the Point Richmond History Association and volunteers at the East Brother Lighthouse.

Simon Patton
Technical Director
Simon has been working at the Masquers since 2004 and also a few other places around the Bay Area. Before that, he was ‘doing’ theatre in upstate New York.
